Pilot Scale Molecular Distillation (Top Feed with针Valve)

Beijing Kangbaite Technology Co., Ltd. offers pilot/miniature-scale production molecular distillation with stainless steel construction. Evaporation areas include 2, 5, 6, 10, and 20 square decimeters, with vacuum levels up to 0.1 Pa and distillation temperatures reaching 300°C. For special materials, we can customize a fully heated evaporator with three independent temperature-controlled chambers: an evaporation zone, a reagent discharge zone, an internal condenser, and a light fraction discharge zone, to ensure fluidity during the separation process of easily solidifying materials. To meet customer requirements, we can also customize different structures for film-forming devices, feed devices, and discharge devices, such as roller/scraper film formation, fully insulated needle valve feeding/gear pump feeding, intermediate receiver with flask discharge/gear pump discharge, and more.
