Desktop Molecular Distillation

Beijing Kangbaite Technology Co., Ltd. offers laboratory molecular distillation units made of high borosilicate glass 3.3. The evaporation area ranges from 2 to 20 square decimeters, with a vacuum level up to 0.1 Pa and a distillation temperature of up to 300°C. For special materials, custom full-heating evaporators with three independent temperature-controlled compartments—evaporation area, reagent discharge area, internal condenser, and light component discharge area—can be provided to ensure fluidity during separation of easily solidifying materials. To meet customer requirements, custom membrane devices, feed devices, and discharge devices can also be offered, such as roller/scraper membrane formation, fully insulated needle valve feeding/gear pump feeding, intermediate receiver with flask discharge/gear pump discharge, and more.
