Water-based Bake Paint Adhesion Promoter AP-3800 is designed for addition to bake paint or single-coat bake paint to enhance adhesion to metal and glass surfaces.

II. Nature:

1. Composition: Special functional group polymer compounds

2. Appearance: Slightly yellow, transparent, thick liquid

3. Solvent: Isobutanol

Water-based alkyd/amine baking paint system

4. Soluble baking paint system (add directly to the product when pH=7.5-8), formulated into a soluble baking paint by mixing with soluble hexamethoxy amino resin or water-soluble partially methoxylated amino resin.

Water-based Bake Paint Adhesion Promoter AP-3800 is a water-soluble anionic compound composed of a polyacid and polyol with a special functional group structure. It can be directly formulated into oil-soluble bake paint with oil-based amino resins, thus exhibiting the characteristic of being compatible with both water and oil.

Excellent adhesion to non-ferrous metals and glass, with good corrosion resistance and excellent physical properties.

The product exhibits excellent mechanical properties, with excellent resistance to water and chemicals, superior application performance, and a smooth, glossy finish.

Also suitable for self-drying systems.
