Enhance glide, feel, and anti-adhesiveness.

Excellent recoatability without affecting intercoat adhesion.

Over-application will not affect the luster.

  Specific Gravity: 0.95-0.97 (20°C)
  Flash Point: 19.2 dynes/cm

Features:
  Excellent resistance to scratch marks on plastic silver oil, silver paint, and matte black paint, especially effective for preventing scratch marks on matte black finishes.
  Enhance the film hardness and reduce the friction coefficient of the paint film; scratching with a fingernail will not leave any scratches or marks.
  Good compatibility with thermoplastic and thermosetting acrylic resin coatings; remains clear and glossy upon addition, without becoming cloudy or losing shine.
  Enhancing the smooth texture of the coating film and improving its anti-adhesion properties can effectively prevent the paintwork on newly coated items from being scratched during handling.

Application:
Hardening and wear-resistant agent F-36 is applied to the following oil-based systems:
Plastic Mold Shell Acrylic Resin Paint
Two-Component PU, Paint Industry, Bake Finishing

Usage: Can be added at any stage of paint production; mix thoroughly.
Usage: 1-2% of total volume (Excess addition may affect the interlayer adhesion of the paint. Please test the addition amount before using.)
