Application Range:

2810-C is mainly used for producing various simulated copper paint for hardware doors, electroplated silver paint, and silver electroplating paint, etc.

(Replaces traditional electroplating and chrome plating with no residual pollutants, etc., more environmentally friendly, easy to apply with spray painting methods, convenient operation)

Usage Instructions:

Add 2810-C and mix with an appropriate amount of aluminum silver powder or pearl mica paste, amino resin, and additives until well blended for use).

Recommended baking temperature: 140-150°C. Baking time: Allow 20-30 minutes for the product to dry completely.

Recommended Diluent Formula: Butyl Acetate 10, Anti-foaming Water 10, Xylene 70, Cyclohexanone 10 (for Slow-Drying Formula Water)

(Note) For higher luster, add the Luster Retention and Shrinkage Preventive Agent 438. It can significantly enhance the luster of the coating film.

Add 5%-8% to the (diluent) oiling water to enhance the film luster and prevent pinholes.

Once the paint is well mixed, apply it by thinning it at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.5 for spraying. The metallic finish is fine and can achieve a look similar to electroplated or chrome-plated effects.

If mica powder or mica paste is added to the resin, a bronze or simulated copper color effect can be achieved, suitable for high-end simulated copper door paint and varnish.

Adjust solvent drying rate according to weather conditions.
