 Advantages: No need for anti-silver drop additive, prevents silver powder loss and paint chipping. Solves issues such as poor adhesion, separation, and cracking between the electroplated silver undercoat and the PU glossy layer. Permanently addresses paint chipping problems on transparent red or yellow coatings over electroplated silver undercoats.

Application Range: Aluminum silver powder added above 10% does not lose powder, suitable for production lines and spraying, with better coverage and faster coloring.

2618 is primarily used for producing imitation electroplated silver oil for ABS plastic, electroplated silver paint, furniture paint, and toy paint imitation electroplated silver oil.

2618 adheres well to soft PVC substrates, boasts excellent flexibility, tensile strength, adhesion, and resistance to UV rays.

Usage Instructions:

Add an appropriate amount of simulated electroplated silver paste to the 2618 non-silver electroplated silver resin, mix well, and it's ready for use. (Recommended dilution ratio: 1:3 or above)

Manufacture according to this formula: Suggested to use oil-soluble water to dilute at a ratio of 1:2.5 or 1:3 before spraying.
