Polycarbonate shed

The polycarbonate shed panels are produced through a co-extrusion process with an anti-UV UV layer, ensuring the product's stability against UV radiation. This prevents the panels from fading and a decrease in light transmission due to aging decomposition, with a lifespan of over ten years. The shed panels can withstand corrosion from various organic acids, inorganic acids, weak alkalis, vegetable oils, neutral salt solutions, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and alcohol at room temperature.

Polycarbonate Roof Canopy
The surface features a UV-resistant co-extruded layer, which prevents resin yellowing caused by sunlight UV radiation. The surface co-extruded layer absorbs UV rays through chemical bonding and converts them into visible light. The specifications and dimensions of the polycarbonate shed provide excellent stability for plant photosynthesis.
Impact-resistant
PC is a thermoplastic material with excellent impact resistance, retaining minimal potential for degradation even at high temperatures and exhibiting low stress relaxation. Sunshade canopies made of PC offer superior impact resistance and can maintain this performance for a longer duration across a wide temperature range (-40℃ to +120℃).
Flame Retardant
According to the national GB8624-97 test, it belongs to flame-retardant B1 grade, with no dripping flames and non-toxic gases.
Thermal resistance
The low-temperature brittleness temperature is -100°C, the high-temperature softening temperature is 146°C, the allowable temperature under long-term load conditions is -40°C to +120°C, and the short-term load temperature is -100°C to +135°C.
Acoustic Insulation
Excellent soundproofing performance, used internationally as a highway noise barrier material. The soundproofing characteristics of the material are determined by its hardness, weight, and physical structure. For example: a 10mm thick hollow double-layer panel reduces noise by 19 decibels; a 16mm thick three-layer hollow polycarbonate reduces noise by 21 decibels; and a 6mm rigid panel reduces noise by 29 decibels.
