Screw Actuated Gate Operators: Utilizing helical screw transmission, these operators can control the vertical movement (gates, weirs, valves, etc.) or rotational movement (disk valves, rotary weirs, etc.) of the gates or valves, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force, a complete range of series, and is widely used in waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, sludge valves, and other equipment in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (dual-hand/electric) control types are available. Manual for Operating Two-in-One Flashlight Switching Machine:

1. Inspect the dual-purpose switchgear's power distribution equipment for operational status, close the main power switch, and immediately activate the backup power supply in case of a power outage, then perform the power switch as required.

2. Check for missing phases in the three-phase power supply and verify if the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Inside the switch box, check the power indicator and turn on/off the power switch. Open and close the gates in sequence, ensuring the operation direction matches the indicated direction.

4. In cases of door card jamming, heavy opening and closing, overloading of the opening and closing machine, stagnation, or unusual noises from the gate or opening and closing machine, it is essential to stop immediately and inspect to eliminate any faults.

5. When stopping at a certain height and encountering brake slippage, emergency measures should be taken to force the brake.

6. During the operation of the two-way electric shutter, when the lifting height exceeds 20m, oil should be added by tightening and rotating the oil gauge on the lubrication parts such as the bearing sleeve and shaft liner once.

7. In case of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. Do not adjust the braking equipment or tighten the fastening screws when the gate is in the open position.
