Screw Actuated Gate Operator: Utilizing helical screw drive, it can control the vertical movement (such as gates, weirs, and valves) or rotational movement (like butterfly valves, rotating weirs) of the gates or valves to be operated, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high actuating force, a complete series, and is widely used in waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and in the lifting and regulating of gates, weirs, sludge valves, and other equipment in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (dual-purpose hand/electric) control types are available. Using a spiral screw transmission, it can control the up and down movement (gates, sluice gates, valves, etc.) or rotational movement (disk valves, rotary weir gates, etc.) of the actuated machinery, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with a strong opening and closing force, a full range of series, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weir gates, sludge valves, and other equipment.

Flashlight Dual-Use Switching Machine Operating Procedure:

1. Inspect the dual-purpose switchgear's power distribution equipment, close the main power switch, and immediately activate the backup power in case of a power outage, and switch the power supply as required.

2. Check for phase loss in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Check the power switch inside the control box, verify the power indicator, and sequentially open and close the gates, ensuring the operation direction matches the indicated direction.

4. In cases of door card jamming, heavy opening and closing, overloading of the opening and closing machine, stalling, or abnormal noises from the gate or opening and closing machine, it is essential to stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

5. When stopping at a certain height and encountering brake slippage, emergency measures should be taken to force the brake to engage.

6. During the operation of the dual-purpose switch-on/switch-off machine, after every 20m increase in lift height, the oil level of the lubrication parts such as bearing sleeves and shaft bushes should be tightened and refilled with oil once.

7. In case of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. Do not adjust the braking equipment or tighten the fixed screws when the gate is in the open position.
