Handheld dual-purpose screw-type open/close machine

Closures are used for various large-scale water supply and drainage, as well as hydraulic and water conservancy projects. They are employed to control the lifting and lowering of various large and medium-sized cast iron and steel gates, achieving the purpose of opening and closing.

Screw Actuated Gate Valves: Utilizing spiral screw transmission, these valves can control the vertical movement (such as gates, weirs, and valves) or rotational movement (like butterfly valves, rotating weirs) of the actuated gates, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force and a complete range of models. They are widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, and sludge valves, etc.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (dual-hand/electric) control types are available. Utilizing a screw thread drive, it can control the vertical movement (such as sluice gates, weirs, valves) or rotational movement (like butterfly valves, rotating weirs) of the actuated equipment, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with a strong lifting force, a complete series, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, sludge valves, and other equipment.

Two-in-one flashlight switch operation procedure:

1. Inspect the dual-purpose switch machine's power distribution equipment for operational status, close the main power switch, and immediately activate the backup power supply in case of a power outage, then perform the power switch as required.

2. Check for phase loss in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Inside the switch box, check the power indicator, and sequentially open and close the gates, ensuring the operation aligns with the indicated direction.

4. In case of issues such as difficulty in opening and closing gates, overload of the opening and closing machine, sticking, abnormal noises from the gates or machines, it is imperative to stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

5. In case of brake slippage upon stopping at a certain height, immediate emergency measures should be taken to force the brakes.

6. During the operation of the two-way electric flashlight switch, after every 20m increase in lifting height, the oil level of the lubrication parts such as bearing sleeves and shaft liners should be tightened and refilled with oil once.

7. In case of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power source, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. When the gate is in the open position, do not adjust the braking equipment or tighten the fixing screws.
