If not, it's usually due to significant wear on the roller inside the crusher and not being timely replaced, leading to a decrease in the roller crushing performance of the material.

The solution is to replace the drums while ensuring the uniformity of incoming material. Additionally, the crushing particle size of the crusher should be adjusted reasonably to address the issues of uneven particle size of the crushed material and high crushing ratio. This phenomenon may occur due to the large gap between the rollers of the crusher, and some small-sized materials cannot be fully crushed. The solution is to adjust the gap between the rollers for the outlet. The sizes have been adjusted. If the material particles are still large, a two-stage crushing process needs to be repeated.
