We specialize in: Removal, repair, reinforcement, corrosion prevention, beautification, installation, painting of navigation marks, color rings, painting, and coating for all types of chimney and water towers—a comprehensive range of high-altitude engineering projects. Our services are safe, quick, technically excellent, affordably priced, and built on integrity and reliability. We sincerely look forward to partnering for mutual success!

Chimney painting and coating, as well as beautification work for navigation buoys, generally involve two methods of operation, both requiring high-altitude climbing. Workers ascend to the top of the chimney or a platform, then proceed with the anti-corrosion work on the chimney using either (1) high-altitude suspended ropes or (2) high-altitude installed baskets.

Key Safety Points for High-altitude Anti-corrosion Work Construction

1. Familiarize yourself with the professional technical skills of this trade and all safety regulations for chimney anti-corrosion construction.

2. Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a physical examination before engaging in high-altitude work. Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, and other conditions unsuitable for high-altitude work are prohibited from climbing or working at heights.

3. Any work surface above 2 meters with an incline greater than 45 degrees, or where the working surface lacks a stable standing area or is subject to vibration, should be considered as high-altitude work.

4. Protective gear must be worn properly, pants should be tucked in, a hard hat must be worn, and smooth-soled shoes are prohibited. A safety belt with sufficient strength is required, and the rope should be tied to a sturdy building structure or metal framework, not to any moving objects.

5. Prior to climbing, the construction supervisor must conduct on-site safety education for all personnel.

6. Inspect all climbing equipment and safety gear (such as helmets, harnesses, ladders, planks, scaffolding, guardrails, safety nets, etc.), ensuring they are safe and reliable. Absolutely no risk-taking operations are permitted.

7. Mark off the restricted area on the ground in the high-altitude work zone and hang up warning signs such as "No Trespassing" and "Access Prohibited."

8. Prior to working near power (low voltage) lines, contact for power shutdown first. Work can only be conducted after confirming the power has been turned off, and insulating barriers should be set up. Workers must remain 2 meters away from the power lines (low voltage) and it is prohibited to work under high voltage lines.

9. Tools, parts, and materials used for high-altitude chimney anti-corrosion work must be stored in a tool bag. No items should be held in hand during ascent or descent, and movement must be along designated routes; materials or tools should not be thrown from heights. It is prohibited to stack tools or materials that are prone to rolling or slipping on scaffolding. After completion of the work, all items that can fall, including tools, materials, and parts, should be cleaned up immediately to prevent injury from falling. When handling large parts, reliable lifting equipment should be used.

10. Always be vigilant of hazard signs and areas. Adequate lighting must be provided during night operations; otherwise, construction is prohibited.

11. Strictly prohibit simultaneous vertical work above and below. In case of special circumstances requiring vertical work, approval from relevant leaders is required, and protective sheds or other isolation facilities should be set up between the upper and lower levels.

12. Absolutely no resting is allowed in elevated areas without guardrails to prevent falls.

13. Plyboards over 3 meters in length are not to be worked on by two people simultaneously.

14. Walkways, ramp boards, gangways, and transportation paths should be kept clean at all times.

15. No aerial work is allowed outdoors when wind speeds exceed level 6.
