We specialize in: Removal, repair, reinforcement, corrosion prevention, beautification, installation, painting navigation marks, painting color rings, painting, and coating—a full range of high-altitude engineering projects for all types of chimneys and water towers. Our work is safe, quick, skillful, affordable, and we uphold honesty and commitment. We sincerely look forward to partnering for mutual success!

Chimney painting and coating, as well as beautification work for navigation buoys, typically involve two methods of operation, both requiring high-altitude climbing. These methods include ascending to the top of the chimney or a platform, followed by (1) high-altitude suspended rope work and (2) installation of a high-altitude basket for the chimney anti-corrosion project.

Key Safety Points for High-altitude Anticorrosive Work Construction

1. Familiarize yourself with the professional technical skills and safety regulations of this trade for chimney anti-corrosion construction.

2. Must be 18 years old and pass a physical examination before engaging in high-altitude work. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, and other conditions unsuitable for high-altitude work are prohibited from climbing.

3. At heights over 2 meters with an incline greater than 45 degrees, or on uneven or vibrating surfaces without a stable standing area, the work should be considered high-altitude operations.

4. Protective gear must be worn properly, pants legs should be tucked in, a hard hat must be worn, and slippery hard-soled shoes are not allowed. A safety belt with sufficient strength must be used, and the rope should be tied to a solid building structure or metal frame, not to any moving objects.

Before climbing, the construction supervisor must conduct on-site safety education for all personnel.

6. Inspect all climbing equipment and safety gear (such as helmets, harnesses, ladders, planks, scaffolding, guardrails, safety nets, etc.), ensuring they are safe and reliable. Absolutely no risky operations are permitted.

7. Mark off restricted areas on the ground in high-altitude work zones and hang warning signs such as "No Trespassing" and "Prohibited Access."

8. Prior to working near power (low voltage) lines, contact for power outage. Work may only proceed after confirmation of the outage, and insulating barriers must be set up. Workers must stay at least 2 meters away from the power lines (low voltage), and it is prohibited to work under high voltage lines.

9. Tools, parts, and materials used for high-altitude chimney anti-corrosion work must be stored in tool bags. When ascending or descending, no objects should be held in hand, and movement must be along designated routes. Materials or tools must not be thrown from heights; tools and materials that are prone to sliding or rolling should not be stacked on scaffolding, and they must be kept in order. After work is completed, all objects that can fall, such as tools, materials, and parts, should be cleaned up promptly to prevent injury from falling. When handling large components, reliable lifting equipment should be used.

10. Always be vigilant of hazard signs and areas. Adequate lighting must be provided for night operations; otherwise, construction is prohibited.

11. Strictly prohibited from performing vertical work simultaneously at both levels. In case of special circumstances requiring vertical work, approval from relevant leaders is required, and protective sheds or other isolation facilities must be set up between the two levels.

12. Absolutely no resting in elevated areas without guardrails to prevent falls.

13. Panels longer than 3 meters cannot accommodate two workers simultaneously.

14. Walkways, ramps, platforms, and transportation walkways should be cleaned regularly.

15. No elevated work is permitted outdoors when wind speeds exceed grade 6.
