详情描述

The company specializes in a wide range of chimney and water tower services, including dismantling, repair, reinforcement, corrosion prevention, beautification, installation, painting navigation marks, painting color rings, painting, and coating—a full spectrum of high-altitude engineering projects. We pride ourselves on our safe and quick operations, expert craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and commitment to honesty and agreements. We sincerely look forward to partnering for mutual success!

Chimney painting and coating, as well as beautification of buoys with color rings, typically involve two methods of operation, both requiring high-altitude climbing: ascending to the top of the chimney or platform, and then proceeding with either (1) high-altitude suspended rope work or (2) installation of a high-altitude basket.

Safety Points for High-Altitude Anticorrosion Construction

1. Familiarize yourself with the professional technology and safety procedures of this trade for chimney anti-corrosion construction.

2. Must be 18 years old and pass a physical examination to perform high-altitude work. Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, and other conditions unsuitable for high-altitude work are prohibited from climbing.

3. At heights above 2 meters, with an incline angle greater than 45 degrees, and no stable standing ground or areas with vibration on the work surface, it should be considered as high-altitude work.

4. Personal protective equipment must be worn properly, pants legs should be tucked in, a hard hat must be worn, and smooth-soled shoes are prohibited. A safety belt of sufficient strength must be worn, and the rope should be tied to a sturdy building structure or metal framework; it is not allowed to be tied to moving objects.

Before climbing, the construction supervisor should conduct on-site safety education for all personnel.

6. Inspect all climbing equipment and safety gear (such as helmets, harnesses, ladders, platforms, scaffolding, guards, and safety nets), ensuring they are safe and reliable. Absolutely no risky operations are permitted.

7. Mark off a restricted area on the ground in the high-altitude work zone and hang warning signs such as "No Trespassing" and "No Entry."

8. Prior to working near power (low voltage) lines, contact for power outage. Work can only be conducted after confirmation of the outage, and insulating barriers should be set up. Workers must stay at least 2 meters away from the power lines (low voltage) and are prohibited from working under high voltage lines.

9. Tools, parts, and materials used for high-altitude chimney anti-corrosion work must be stored in a tool bag. When ascending or descending, do not carry objects in hand and must use the designated routes; do not throw materials or tools from heights. Do not stack tools or materials that can roll or slide on scaffolding; no disarray is permitted. After completing the work, promptly clean up all items that can fall, such as tools, materials, and parts, to prevent injury from falling objects. When handling large components, use reliable lifting equipment.

10. Always be aware of hazard signs and dangerous areas. Adequate lighting must be provided for night work; otherwise, construction is prohibited.

11. Strictly prohibited from performing vertical work simultaneously at both levels. In case of special circumstances requiring vertical work, approval from relevant leaders is required, and a protective shed or other isolation facilities should be set up between the upper and lower levels.

12. Absolutely no resting on elevated areas without railings to prevent falls.

13. Deck boards over 3 meters in length are not suitable for two people to work on simultaneously.

14. Walkways, ramps, gangways, and transportation decks should be kept clean at all times.

15. No high-altitude work is allowed outdoors when there are gales of level 6 or above.
