A dry-mixed mortar production line consists of a sand drying machine, a screening machine, storage silos for sand, cement, fly ash, and additives, a material weighing scale, conveying equipment, a mortar mixer, a mortar storage silo, and packaging equipment.

The primary function is to mix dried and sifted sand with cement, fly ash additives, and other materials in specific proportions to produce construction materials such as masonry mortar, plastering mortar, and flooring mortar, which are then supplied to construction sites in packaged or bulk form.

The scale of the dry mortar production line is determined by the factory's production capacity, with annual output measured in tens of thousands of tons, typically ranging from 100,000 to 600,000 tons. The tower layout ensures smooth material flow with minimal land use, but has a higher structural cost. The two-level layout adds a secondary lift, with storage primarily on the ground, featuring lower equipment costs and is a widely used form.
