A dry-mixed mortar production line consists of a sand drying machine, screening machine, storage silos for sand, cement, fly ash, and additives, material weighing scales, conveying equipment, mortar mixer, mortar storage silos, and packaging equipment.

The primary function is to mix dried and sifted sand with cement, fly ash additives, and other materials in specific proportions to produce masonry mortar, plaster mortar, and flooring mortar for construction use, which is supplied to construction projects in either packaged or bulk form.

Based on the factory's production capacity, the scale of the dry mortar production lines varies, with annual output measured in tens of thousands of tons, generally ranging from 100,000 to 600,000 tons. The tower layout ensures smooth material flow with minimal land usage, but has a higher structural cost. The two-tier layout adds a second lift, with storage primarily on the ground level, featuring lower equipment costs and is a widely used format.
