Our company independently developed and produced this product, specifically designed for use in high-intensity load and high-humidity environments. Made from wood and processed through a special heat-pressing technique, it boasts excellent physical and mechanical properties. The density ranges from 1.3 to 1.4 g/cm³, the bending strength reaches 140 MPa (UNI EN ISO 178), and the compressive strength in the vertical direction is up to 270 MPa (UNI EN ISO 604). This product can also be shaped for various load-bearing components or molds, suitable for high-load, water-resistant applications such as pipe supports and more.

To ensure superior quality, a top priority, our company regularly assigns employees to attend internal auditor training courses for quality management systems (GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008) organized by classification societies, and obtain the corresponding certifications. The marine plywood produced by our company is a series of products developed based on the relevant technology in collaboration with Nanjing Forestry University. These products are designed in strict accordance with national standards. The "Zedong" LNG marine scaffolding is based on the patent "A Thin Shell Structure Reinforced Wood-Plastic Composite" from Nanjing Forestry University. After numerous production tests by our company, it was successfully developed. Its moisture content, impact toughness, static bending strength, elastic modulus, immersion adhesion, and surface wear resistance have been tested by the Nanjing Wood-based Panel Quality Supervision and Inspection Station under the National Forestry Bureau. All physical and mechanical properties meet the requirements of GB/T17657 standard. The formaldehyde emission is 0.8mg/L, reaching the E1 grade (E1 ≤ 1.5mg/L) as required by GB18580.
