To ensure top-notch quality control, our company regularly assigns employees to attend internal auditor training courses on the quality management system (GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008) organized by classification societies, and we have obtained the corresponding certifications. The marine plywood we produce is a series of products developed and manufactured based on the relevant technology in collaboration with Nanjing Forestry University. These products are designed strictly in accordance with national standards. The "Zedong" LNG marine scaffold is based on the patent "A Type of Thin-Walled Structure Reinforced Plywood" from Nanjing Forestry University, and has been successfully developed through our company's repeated production tests. Its moisture content, impact toughness, static bending strength, elastic modulus, immersion adhesion, and surface wear resistance have been tested by the Nanjing Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of the Forestry Bureau of China, all meeting the requirements of GB/T17657 standard. The formaldehyde emission of 0.8mg/L meets the E1 grade requirement (E1≤1.5mg/L) of GB18580.
