ST Type Graphite Filler Tower

Graphite tower equipment mainly includes sieve plate towers, bubble cap towers, packed towers, and float valve towers, which are used for absorption, concentration, decomposition, distillation, rectification, filtration, and washing of corrosive media such as organic products, hydrochloric acid, and HCL gas. Tower diameters can range from 200 to 1500mm, and can also be custom-made according to customer drawings. We can also design, manufacture, and commission the towers based on the customer's process conditions. Filled towers are particularly used for treating tail gases containing HCL and sulfur dioxide gases, eliminating environmental pollution while recovering useful components. In addition to the illustrated structures, there are also designs where the gas enters from the bottom, particularly suitable for low HCL content and a requirement for a high concentration of final acid.
