The Concentrate Dewatering Integrator comes in two types: drum and belt. The drum concentrator (horizontal screw centrifuge) can be used alone or combined with a belt dewatering machine. The drum is cylindrical, with an inner surface made of stainless steel, which, through high-speed rotation and the force of centrifugal force, achieves the concentration effect. The belt dewatering machine has a longer pressing section, resulting in drier sludge. During operation, the drum's rotation speed and the belt speed of the dewatering machine can be independently adjusted.
The Sludge Concentrating Dewatering Machine consists of the main press filter, drum concentrator, and flocculation mixing unit. The main unit is composed of the frame, drive mechanism, filter cloth unit, alignment device, flushing unit, discharge unit, roller system, collecting tank, and overload protection device, etc.
Our company, building upon our existing belt press filter, has adopted the principles and technology of the latest foreign mechanical concentration and filter press dewatering machines. We have developed a new generation belt concentration-squeezing filter machine, a fully integrated concentration and dewatering unit. After adding flocculant, the sludge is mixed thoroughly and flows into the feed distributor of the concentration section, evenly distributed over the inclined concentration section. Under the double-direction guidance of the sludge rake and the force of gravity, the sludge rapidly loses its free water as it moves with the filter cloth. Post gravity dewatering, the sludge is conveyed to the gravity dewatering section of the belt press filter for further dewatering. It is then fed into the "S" shaped squeezing section, where the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter cloths. It is repeatedly pressed by roller cylinders of various diameters, promoting further dewatering of the sludge cake. The cake is scraped off by a scraper, while the upper and lower mesh belts are continuously passively self-cleaned during operation. This machine features high production capacity and high sludge dewatering efficiency. It is widely used in municipal sludge, river sedimentation, tailings, alcohol wastewater, coal sludge from washing plants, paper mill sludge, slaughterhouse sludge, car wash sludge, and sludge generated from various wastewater treatment processes.
