I. Overview

Tubular grille, also known as a microfilter, is a purification device that uses a microporous screen with a mesh size of 80-200 meshes per square inch fixed on a drum-type filtration unit. It achieves solid-liquid separation by retaining solid particles in the wastewater. Additionally, during the filtration process, the turning of the drum and the force of backflushing water help to clean the microporous screen in a timely manner, ensuring the equipment remains in good working condition. By separating solid waste from the wastewater, the tubular grille purifies the water, enabling its recycling and reuse.

This equipment absorbs the technology of New Zealand's Wanchun Machinery and is a new type of microfiltration machine developed for China's national conditions. It is widely adaptable to various situations requiring solid-liquid separation, such as urban domestic wastewater, papermaking, textiles, chemicals, and屠宰 wastewater filtration. Particularly suitable for the treatment of papermaking white water, achieving closed-loop recycling and reuse.

II. Equipment Structure and Working Principle

A microfiltration machine is a mechanical filtration device consisting of main components such as a drive mechanism, overflow weir water distributor, and flushing water system. The filter structure and working principle utilize stainless steel wire mesh. Its working principle involves the treated water entering the overflow weir water distributor from the pipe outlet, briefly stabilizing the flow before uniformly overflowing out of the outlet and distributing across the filter cylinder's mesh. The water flow generates a relative shearing motion with the inner wall of the cylinder, achieving high water passage efficiency and separating solid matter. The water rolls along the spiral guide plate inside the cylinder and is discharged from the other end. The wastewater filtered through the mesh is directed away from the bottom of the outlet trough by protective guards on both sides of the cylinder. The machine's filter cylinder is equipped with a flushing water pipe that uses pressurized water (3 kg/cm2) to jet in a fan shape to clean and unblock the mesh, ensuring the filter maintains excellent filtration capability.
