Henan Hengze Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic institution specializing in the recycling of waste resources (waste plastics, waste rubber, aluminum-plastic, circuit boards, waste engine oil). Located in Shangqiu, Henan, the company enjoys convenient transportation and rapid economic development. After years of technical breakthroughs, we have developed intermittent, semi-continuous, and 24-hour full-continuous pyrolysis equipment, complete with desulfurization and denitrification systems, online dust monitoring, and carbon black negative pressure air conveying collection systems.

The intermittent cracking equipment can process up to 5 to 15 tons per day. The fully automatic continuous cracking equipment can handle 20 to 100 tons per day, meeting emission standards. The company's small skid-mounted (1-3 tons) cracking equipment and distillation units are easy to operate. The distillation units use an automatic PLC or DCS control system for continuous operation, with a daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons.

The company adheres to the principle of "a promise is a debt," ensuring product quality. Currently, the domestic market has reached Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Fujian, and other regions, while the international market has exported to the United States, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium, and many other European countries, as well as over 20 countries in South America, Africa, and India/Pakistan.

2. Equipment for raw material processing

Scrap tires (including tires and rim of various machinery); scrap rubber, soles, inner tubes, common cable sheath, bicycle and motorcycle tires; scrap plastic; scrap acrylic sheets (PMMA), PE, PP, PS (high price, usually used for granulated plastics), and various scrap nylon products. PVC and PET are not suitable; aluminum-plastic; oil sludge and other hazardous wastes.

Process Flow: The feedstock for cracking is placed in the storage bin after pretreatment (with small particle size and no steel wire) -- quantitative feeding -- sealed feeding -- feeding machine -- enters the cracking main kettle -- low-temperature cracking -- (1) sealed high-temperature slag discharge at the outlet -- carbon slag enters the carbon slag storage tank after cooling -- (2) cracked stone enters the buffer gas tank -- condenser -- finished oil storage tank -- uncondensable gas -- combusted in the combustion chamber -- dust purification system -- emission

Raw Materials: Must be clean, with minimal dirt or dust to avoid affecting oil quality. Moisture content should not exceed 30%-40%, as excessive moisture can impact cracking speed and efficiency.

Raw materials require preliminary crushing processing.
