Henan Hengze Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a domestic professional institution engaged in the recycling of waste resources (waste plastics, waste rubber, aluminum-plastic, circuit boards, waste engine oil) in China. Located in Shangqiu, Henan, the company boasts convenient transportation and rapid economic development. After years of technical breakthroughs, we have developed intermittent, semi-continuous, and 24-hour fully continuous pyrolysis equipment, complete with desulfurization and denitrification systems and on-line dust monitoring systems, as well as a carbon black vacuum wind conveying collection system.

The intermittent cracking equipment can process up to 5-15 tons per day. The fully automatic continuous cracking equipment can handle 20-100 tons per day, with equipment meeting emission standards. The company's small skid-mounted (1-3 tons) cracking equipment and distillation units are easy to operate. The distillation units utilize fully automatic PLC or DCS control systems for continuous operation, with a daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons.

Currently, our products are sold domestically in Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Fujian, and other provinces. 2. Equipment for raw material processing

Used tires (including tires and rim of all kinds of machinery); waste rubber, soles, inner tubes, ordinary cable sheaths, bicycle and motorcycle tires; waste plastic; waste acrylic sheets (PMMA), PE, PP, PS (high price, generally used for granulated plastics), as well as various waste nylon products. PVC and PET are not suitable; aluminum-plastic; sludge and other hazardous wastes.

3. Cracking equipment process flow diagram

Process Flow

Feeding System: Waste tires, plastic, and oil sludge raw materials are mechanically fed through a hydraulic feeding machine, saving labor and time.

Cracking Furnace System: Utilizes 15CrMo or Q345R or stainless steel composite plates to meet the varying cracking temperatures for different raw materials.

Cooling System: Equipped with a dual-inlet and dual-outlet integrated cooling tank system, boasting a cooling area of up to 90 square meters, capable of meeting the daily processing requirement of 15 tons of raw materials.

Safety System: Equipped with a double water-seal system, fire arrester, explosion-proof valves, and an electrical cabinet alarm device, ensuring safer system operation.

Dust Removal System: Equipped with desulfurization, denitrification, and electrostatic dust removal systems to meet local smoke emission standards and environmental protection requirements.

Vacuum Adsorption System: The negative pressure adsorption system equipped in the system ensures a more airtight and clean carbon black output, reducing dust pollution.
