Henan Hengze Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional organization in China engaged in the recycling of waste resources (waste plastics, waste rubber, aluminum-plastic, circuit boards, waste engine oil). Located in Shangqiu, Henan, the company benefits from convenient transportation and rapid economic development. After years of technical breakthroughs, we have developed intermittent, semi-continuous, and 24-hour fully continuous pyrolysis equipment, along with a complete desulfurization and denitrification system, an on-line dust monitoring system, and a carbon black vacuum air conveying collection system.
The intermittent cracking equipment can process up to 5-15 tons per day. The fully automatic continuous cracking equipment can process 20-100 tons per day, meeting emission standards. The company's small skid-mounted (1-3 tons) cracking equipment and distillation units are easy to operate. The distillation units, equipped with an automatic PLC or DCS control system, enable continuous operation, with a daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons.

Currently, products are sold domestically in Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Fujian, and other regions. 2. Equipment for raw material processing
Scrap tires (including tires and rims for various machinery); scrap rubber, shoe soles, inner tubes, ordinary cable sheath, bicycle and motorcycle tires; scrap plastic; scrap PMMA, PE, PP, PS (prices are high, usually used for granular plastics) and various scrap nylon products. PVC and PET are not suitable; aluminum-plastic; oil sludge, etc., hazardous waste.
3. Cracking equipment process flow diagram



Process Flow
Feeding System: Waste tires, plastic, and oil sludge raw materials are fed mechanically through a hydraulic feeding machine, saving labor and time.
Cracking Furnace System: Utilizes 15CrMo or Q345R or stainless steel composite plates to meet the varying cracking temperatures required for different raw materials.
Cooling System: Equipped with a dual-inlet and dual-outlet integrated cooling system, boasting a cooling area of up to 90 square meters, capable of meeting the daily processing requirement of 15 tons of raw materials.
Safety System: Equipped with a double water seal system, fire arrester, explosion-proof valves, and a distribution panel alarm device for enhanced safety operation.
Dust Removal System: Equipped with desulfurization, denitrification, and electrostatic dust removal systems to meet smoke emission standards according to varying flue gas policies in different regions, in compliance with environmental protection requirements.
Vacuum Adsorption System: The negative pressure adsorption system equipped in the system ensures the carbon black is more airtight and clean, reducing dust pollution.
