Extrusion blowing film involves the process of continuously extruding plastic melt through a die at a specific temperature and under certain shearing forces, inflated by compressed air, cooled by an annular air ring, and drawn by variable frequency drive to obtain a biaxially oriented plastic film. This machine is mainly used for testing the feasibility of blowing film for polymer materials, as well as the gel condition within the material, the dispersion of colored pigments, the mixing of materials, and the dispersibility of the extrudate.
