Regarding the 2025 Special Equipment Non-metal (PE) Welding Event

Notice for the 4th Period Certification and Re-examination of Operators

All concerned parties:

Shandong Provincial Institute of Standardization will, in accordance with the "Special Equipment Welding Operator Examination Regulations" and relevant provisions of the provincial and municipal bureaus, conduct the 4th batch of certification, re-examination, and additional qualifications for non-metallic welding (PE) operations of special equipment for those allocated by the administrative permit issuing authorities from July 21st to July 25th, 2025.ExamEmployees are scheduled for an exam. (1) Theory Exam Scheduling

Date: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, July 21st.

Location: Room 106, 1st Floor, Room for Computer-based Tests, Shandong Provincial Institute of Standardization (No. 9, DaShan Road).

(II) Actual Operation Exam Arrangements

Date: July 21st, 8:30 AM - July 26th, 5:00 PM.

Location: Shandong Provincial Institute of Standardization (No. 9 Dashan Road), Non-metallic Welding Laboratory.

Section II: Exam Requirements

All examination samples for candidates are self-provided; the examination institution does not supply them. Details on quantity, size, and quality standards are in Attachment 1.

Candidates must report to the lobby on the first floor of Building No. 9, Shan Da Road, by July 20th to sign in; failure to do so will be considered as a withdrawal from the exam. Please bring your ID card, admission ticket, and acceptance notice and submit them upon reporting.

3. Candidates for the assessment must strictly adhere to the "Examination Room Regulations." They should arrive at the examination venue 20 minutes prior to the exam time, as indicated in the "Examination Notice," with their ID card and admission ticket, and undergo authentication. No unexcused lateness is permitted.

4. Candidates must adhere to all examination discipline, conscientiously comply with the supervisors' management, and may not impede the supervisors in performing their duties for any reason. They must not disrupt the order of the examination venue or other examination work locations. Offenders of rules and regulations or those who cheat during the exam will be dealt with in accordance with relevant provisions.

During the exam period, candidates should take personal safety precautions and it is recommended to wear masks throughout.

During the exam period, accommodation and meals will be arranged collectively, with participants covering their own expenses.
