Dehumidifiers can control the relative humidity in a large-scale production area below 1%, providing a safer environment for the processing, storage, and use of lithium batteries, thereby reducing the production costs of lithium batteries. Rotary dehumidifiers have technical advantages, offering unparalleled superiority in lithium battery dehumidification. They can handle high-temperature and high-humidity air (equipment operating temperature range -20℃ to 50℃, relative humidity range) as well as low-temperature and low-humidity air that cooling dehumidification cannot handle.
The primary energy consumption of a desiccant dehumidifier is in the regeneration process, which mainly uses electric heating, steam heating, gas heating, and industrial waste heat for regeneration. The heating method can be flexibly determined based on the specific conditions of the user. For air conditioning systems with dehumidification requirements, a combination of desiccant dehumidification and refrigerant dehumidification is used. Compared to using only refrigerant dehumidification, the former can save up to 20%~50% of total electricity consumption. If the user has steam available, the energy-saving effect of this method is even more pronounced.
Energy-saving and cost-reduction
The Hanfu Chao Low Dew Point Dehumidification Unit can reduce the regeneration temperature of traditional desiccant wheels to 90℃ for regeneration. When the required regeneration temperature is low, it can effectively utilize the waste heat from the steam produced by lithium battery factories or heat pump hot water for desorption, effectively utilizing the entire factory's "low-grade" heat source.
