Product Features of Desulfurization Pumps

The desulfurization pump is a versatile pump capable of adapting to various working conditions, such as transporting acidic, alkaline clear liquids or slurry; various corrosive slurry in the smelting industry; various dilute acids in the sulfuric acid industry; and various wastewater in the environmental protection industry. This pump is highly resistant to both corrosion and wear, and boasts a wide range of applications.

1. Superior Abrasion Resistance: All overflow components are made of steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The abrasion resistance of UHMW-PE is the highest among plastics, four times higher than PA66 (nylon 66) and PTFE, and 7-10 times that of carbon steel and stainless steel.

2. Superior Impact Resistance: The impact strength of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is at the forefront of general engineering plastics, five times that of (BXQ/Butadiene/BYX) copolymers (ABS). It maintains stability at temperatures as low as -196°C, a property not found in any other plastic.

3. Excellent Corrosion Resistance: The pump can withstand various corrosive media (acids, alkalis, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range, having been immersed in 80 types of organic solvents from 20°C to 90°C for 30 days. No abnormal phenomena were observed on the surface, and other physical properties have hardly changed.

4. Noiseless: With its high molecular weight polyethylene impact absorption, the material has excellent sound-dampening properties, thereby reducing noise generated by liquid flow during transportation.

5. Safe and Reliable, Non-Toxic Decomposition: The pump utilizes ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) which has excellent chemical stability, making it suitable for use in the food industry.

6. Low Friction Coefficient: The pump's internal friction coefficient is merely 0.07-0.11, thus it possesses self-lubricating properties. Under water-lubricated conditions, its dynamic friction coefficient is half that of PA66 and polyoxymethylene (POM). When operating in sliding or rotating forms, it offers superior lubricity compared to steel and brass lubricated with oil.

7. Excellent Anti-Adhesion: UHMW-PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) boasts excellent anti-adhesion properties, comparable to PTFE, making it outstanding for conveying media with high viscosity.
