Common Four Faults of CNC Bending Machines and Their Solutions:
Issue 1: The slider and guide rail have excessive guiding clearance, resulting in abnormal noise.
This kind of failure is due to the long-term use of the guide rail, which has been worn down, causing the gap to increase. It is necessary to inspect the degree of wear on the guide rail pressure plate and determine whether to replace it based on the extent of wear, and then re-adjust it to meet the required gap.
Bend Machine Fault 2: Rear material drive failure.
The failure of the rear material transmission is due to the disengagement of the drive shaft key and the synchronous belt pulley, or the slipping of the synchronous belt. This type of fault requires reassembling the key and synchronous belt properly, and checking the electrical components.
Issue 3: The parallelism deviation between the rear tray beam linear guide and the mold centerline is too great.
This kind of malfunction requires loosening the "X" axis synchronous belt, realigning it to be within the parallelism tolerance, and then reassembling the synchronous belt.
Fault Four: Loose connection between the oil cylinder and slider, causing inaccurate bending angles or the machine unable to locate the reference point.
This type of fault requires a re-inspection of the connection nut between the tightening slider and the oil cylinder.
