W12 Series CNC Four-Roll Plate Bending Machine

The W12 series features pre-bending at the sheet ends, allowing for one-time loading of metal sheets. The machine can complete pre-bending of the sheet ends and forming of the workpieces without turning. The main drive roller on this machine is the working roller, while the lower roller and side rollers are hydraulically driven for lifting and lowering, controlled by a computer for automatic leveling and display on the screen. The tilting and resetting of the flip bearing housing are also hydraulically driven, and the upper roller is equipped with a balancing mechanism.
