2. When selecting sealing components, the working conditions to consider typically include temperature, pressure, and medium. Other parts also require the consideration of the equipment's inherent characteristics when choosing sealing components.

3. Regarding temperature, for sealed materials, the operating temperature range of NBR material is generally 40±120 degrees Celsius. Once exceeding 120 degrees, consider FKM, or even polytetrafluoroethylene. Low temperatures are relatively rare; typically, when temperatures are between 20-40 degrees, it's advisable to use cold nitrile rubber. Generally, nitrile rubber materials can become hardened in cold environments, leading to leaks.

4. Pressure affects the choice of sealing types. Generally, low to medium pressure rubber or PU seals pose no significant issues. However, consider the problem of impact pressure, such as the startup and shutdown of construction machinery, which can be far greater than normal working pressure. Frequent use can reach 70Mpa collapse affecting or gap HByPGW to the main seal. PTFE composite seals are also a common choice.

5. Media issues are relatively simple. In the metallurgical industry, special issues such as water, ethylene glycol, and phosphate hydraulic oil are commonly used. Although the operating temperature is not high, the choice is either sealed module materials or extreme caution, with the latter using hydraulic oil, or opting for FKM.
