Single-stage axial flow pump

The single-stage axial flow pump features a vertical structure and is paired with a vertical motor. The shaft seal at the pump's top uses stuffing box sealing. The ZLD type fixed blade pump has its blade installation angle set in one go during factory installation; users cannot change it arbitrarily. The pump rotates clockwise. It is suitable for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with the temperature of the transported liquid not exceeding 50°C. This model pump is a high-flow, low-head pump.

Suitable for agricultural irrigation, seawater desalination, marine aquaculture, circulating water supply for industrial thermal power plants, urban water supply and drainage, ballast water for ships, and other hydraulic engineering projects, with a wide range of applications.

Work Method

The single-stage centrifugal pump shaft is supported by two rubber bearings at the top and bottom. During operation, the pump's overflow water provides adequate lubrication for these bearings. The rubber bearing at the top of the shaft is usually above the water level, so a short tube is installed in the stuffing box to supply clean water to the bearing before startup for lubrication purposes. Water supply is then stopped after the pump starts and water is discharged. The shaft sleeve is lined with stainless steel to enhance corrosion and wear resistance, and can be replaced after wear. The transmission section uses a vertical motor for direct drive. The motor is mounted on a motor base, with the upper end of the drive shaft connected to the motor by a flexible coupling, and the lower end connected to the pump with a rigid coupling.
