What are the specific installation steps for a screw actuator?

1. When operating the equipment screw actuator, it is essential to maintain the base foundation level at 180 degrees; the contact area between the actuator base and the foundation level must reach over 90%; the screw shaft must be perpendicular to the weighing surface on the platform; it should align with the hinge holes on the gate plate to prevent the screw from being misaligned and causing uneven stress on the components.

2. Place the manual screw actuator at the equipment location. Fit a limit disk onto the screw, thread the screw from the bottom of the beam into the machine, and then place the limit disk on top once the screw is exposed from the machine's top. The lower part of the screw connects to the gate opening.

3. The foundation of the equipment actuator must be stable and secure. The concrete for the base and foundation components should be cast according to the drawings. It is prohibited to remove or alter the temporary supports for the actuator before the concrete reaches the designed strength, and it is also forbidden to stop the trial assembly and trial operation.

4. During installation, align the centerline of the gate opening with the lifting centerline, ensuring that the longitudinal and transverse centerlines deviate no more than ±3mm, and the elevation deviation no more than ±5mm. Then, pour the second-stage concrete or connect with the pre-buried steel plate.

5. The installation of the product's electrical equipment must comply with the specifications of the drawings and instructions, with all electrical equipment reliably grounded.

6. After the product is installed, clean the machine, repair any damaged protective paint, and apply lubricating grease.
