What to Pay Attention to During the Installation of Screw Type Water Conservancy Gate?

1. Ensure the foundation layout plane is at 180 degrees; the contact area between the hoist base and the foundation layout plane must reach over 90%; the screw shaft must be straight and aligned with the weighing surface on the gate platform; it should be perpendicular to the gate hinge holes to avoid screw skew and prevent damage to the machinery due to uneven force distribution.

2. Position the hoist at the equipment location. Place a stopper disk on the screw, then thread the screw from the bottom of the beam into the hoist. Once the screw is visible from above the hoist, attach the stopper disk. The lower part of the screw connects to the gate opening.

3. The hoist foundation structure must be stable and safe. The concrete for the base and structural components must be poured according to the drawings. Do not alter the temporary support for the hoist until the concrete reaches the planned strength, and do not stop the trial assembly and operation.

4. Install the hoist according to the gate lifting centerline, aligning the center to ensure that the longitudinal and transverse centerlines deviate no more than ±3mm, and the elevation deviation no more than ±5mm. Then, pour the second-stage concrete or connect with the pre-buried steel plate.

5. The installation of the hoist's electrical equipment must comply with the drawings and specifications, with all electrical equipment reliably grounded.

6. After each hoist installation is complete, clean the hoist, repair any damaged protective paint, and apply lubricant.
