They employ forced circulation evaporation and crystallization techniques to crystallize the concentrated material or further evaporate high-concentration, scaling-prone materials. Evaporation: The tubular screw-type low-temperature evaporator maintains a high vacuum state in the system, thereby lowering the boiling temperature of the liquid to between 35-40℃, which in turn enhances the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation effect.

Heating: The tube bundle screw expander low-temperature evaporator utilizes the air energy provided by the heat pump evaporation technology, which only requires the electrical energy to drive the compressor to operate, significantly reducing energy consumption and achieving over 90% energy-saving goals.
