The MVR Film Evaporator utilizes a compressor to enhance the energy of the secondary steam, utilizing it to recover latent heat. The secondary steam produced by the evaporator is then superheated through adiabatic compression by the compressor, increasing its pressure and temperature, and subsequently sent as heating steam into the evaporator's heating chamber. This process allows for condensation and heat release, thereby recycling the latent heat of the steam.

The MVR Film Evaporator can evaporate materials with high concentration and high viscosity (e.g., within the range of 0.05～0.45Ns/m2). It is suitable for the evaporation and concentration of foamy materials. As the liquid forms a film inside the heating tubes and evaporates, a vapor-liquid separation occurs. At the bottom of the vessel, most of the liquid is removed, while only a small portion of the liquid along with all the secondary steam enters the separator for enhanced separation. The entire process minimizes impact, preventing the formation of foam.
