Low-temperature heat pump evaporators are easy to operate, highly automated, with low failure rates and stable performance. They have low maintenance and operating costs, and feature modular design for a more compact structure and smaller footprint. The heat pump evaporation technology used is cutting-edge, widely applied in both Eastern and Western markets for concentration, crystallization, and drying processes across various industries. The evaporators employ the principle of heat pump compression, where heat medium is output at one end for evaporation of materials, and cold medium is output at the other end for condensation of vapor. Simultaneously, high vacuum levels ensure evaporation at very low temperatures.
Due to the heat pump's ability to simultaneously output refrigerant to condense the steam produced by the material, no external cooling water supply is required, thereby significantly reducing the consumption of equipment accessories, cooling water, and electricity.
The principle of low-temperature heat pump evaporator: By utilizing an internal vacuum system, a distillation kettle, an exchange system, and the equipment's own thermal energy system, the original high-risk wastewater is subjected to heat exchange. This causes the wastewater to vaporize at 35℃. The resulting steam condenses into distilled water, which is then recovered and reused. The concentrated liquid reaches the set concentration and is discharged from the outlet. Both the vaporization and condensation processes of the high-risk wastewater are carried out under high vacuum conditions, ensuring no waste gas is produced. The entire system is controlled via a human-machine interface and computer, operating completely automatically, with simple operation and stable performance.
