MVR Forced Circulation Crystallizer Evaporator

The MVR Forced Circulation Crystallizer is primarily used in the chemical industry. Low-temperature crystallization equipment for steam includes forced circulation crystallizer, MVR crystallizer, and multi-effect crystallizer, etc. The MVR Forced Circulation Crystallizer is mainly composed of an evaporator separator, heat exchanger, forced circulation pump, and instruments.

WorkerOperation Principle: As the material is heated by steam outside the heat exchange tubes within the heat exchanger of the MVR forced circulation crystallization evaporator, its temperature rises. Under the action of the circulation pump, the material rises to the evaporator separator, where it undergoes flash vaporization. The secondary steam produced from the evaporation overflows the material, causing it to concentrate and become supersaturated, promoting crystal growth. The supersaturated material enters the forced circulation pump and, under the pump's action, flows into the heat exchanger. This cycle of evaporation and concentration or crystallization continues. The slurry is then discharged from the circulating pipeline using a discharge pump.
