It complies with the technical specifications for dust suppression in railway coal transportation, including requirements for product performance, experimental methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation, and storage. After testing, it meets the national railway product quality inspection standards and has passed the inspection as a qualified product.
Dilution Ratio (Dust Suppressor: Water = 1:100) - 1. Calculate the weight of water based on the storage tank's capacity, then prepare the dust suppressant according to the water weight (e.g., for ten tons of liquid, prepare 100 kg of dust suppressant). Begin by filling the storage tank with water, then add the dust suppressant evenly while adding water, and activate the water circulation system to evenly disperse the dust suppressant in the water. Once the water reaches capacity, continue to mix it thoroughly for use. The mixing time should start after the addition of materials and last for more than 30 minutes.
2. Once the dust suppressant solution is prepared, when the coal train passes under the spray龙门架, open the valve and pump. Begin spraying at a rate of more than 2.2 liters per square meter. After the train has passed, close the pump and valve, and the operation is complete.
