The main component of Tienjing gum powder is galactomannan, which boasts a high total sugar content and average molecular weight.
Its chemical properties are stable, maintaining stability within the pH range of 6 to 11. The viscosity is high at pH 7.0 and low at pH 3.5. The Sesbania gum powder can form a high-viscosity, elastic gel with a three-dimensional network structure when it interacts with transition metal ions in complexes, demonstrating excellent anti-saline properties.
