Before using the ductwork production line, carefully read the user manual and other relevant materials to ensure proper operation and pay attention to the following points:
1. Machine tool operators and maintenance personnel are individuals who possess the relevant machine tool knowledge or have undergone technical training, and they operate the machine tools in accordance with the operation procedures and regulations.
2. Unauthorized personnel must not open the electrical cabinet door. Ensure the main power switch of the machine tool is turned off before opening the cabinet door. Only maintenance personnel are permitted to open the cabinet door for electrical inspections.
3. In addition to certain user-modifiable parameters for user operation, other system parameters, spindle parameters, servo parameters, etc., cannot be altered by the user without authorization. Otherwise, it may cause injuries to the operator, equipment, workpieces, or personnel.
4. After modifying the parameters, conduct an empty run on the machine tool without loading raw materials, using methods such as locking the machine tool and running a single program segment, to confirm the machine tool is operating normally before using raw materials for production.
5. The PLC program for the machine tool is designed specifically for the machine's requirements and does not require modification. Incorrect modifications may cause damage to the machine tool and even harm the operator.
6. Operating the machine for extended periods may affect the lifespan of the electrical system and certain mechanical components, thereby impacting the precision of the machine tool. It is recommended not to operate the machine continuously for more than 8 hours.
7. All connectors and joints on the duct production line must not be plugged or unplugged while live, as this may cause serious consequences.


Points to note when using the ductwork production line:
1. Prior to construction, all types of pipelines should be drawn on a single plan view and marked with different colored pens. At each intersection, check the combined elevation for any discrepancies and address them promptly.
2. To reduce investment, save space, and lower the ceiling height, some pipelines that do not require a gradient can be installed through beams, such as water supply pipelines and fire sprinkler main lines.

A complete ductwork production line should incorporate the following functionalities:
1. Coil selection and cutting feature; allows for the choice of 2-6 different thicknesses or materials of coil.
2. Tensioning and flattening function; this feature is an adjustment process before the rolling material is processed, to prevent waste production.
3. Drilling, chamfering, and slotting functions; this feature enables the creation of installation holes for ductwork, avoiding the inconvenience of drilling later.
4. Cut-off function; this feature detaches the sheet material from the coil for further processing.
5. Transfer Function; facilitates automatic processing to the next stage for coil materials.
6. Bite Molding; this feature performs edge pressing on sheet materials to create combined angles.
7. Plate Flange Forming; This feature is a crucial step in manufacturing double-sided plate flanges.
8. Bent and formed; a single process has completed, and the rectangular duct with common flange has been formed.

How to carry out daily maintenance for the ductwork production line:
1. The production line for transporting ductwork should use machinery for lifting. If manual handling is absolutely necessary, avoid exerting excessive force to prevent damage to the machinery.
2. Regularly adding a moderate amount of lubricant to the drive gears of the duct production line can alleviate the degree of wear during machine operation.
3. Keep the air duct production line surface clean and tidy at all times. Apply anti-rust oil to the surface when not in use for a long time.
4. Regularly inspect the air duct production line's operation, and promptly correct any issues to prevent accidents from occurring.
5. Typically, the maintenance cycle for a ductwork production line is every six months, involving disassembling the machinery and equipment for inspection and maintenance.
