The evaporation method used in second-hand wastewater evaporators is specifically designed for industrial wastewater treatment. It has become one of the commonly used configurations in the wastewater treatment process. The evaporation process of wastewater evaporators is actually similar to other evaporation equipment, requiring a series of transformations to complete the evaporation treatment of wastewater. So, what are the stages involved in the operation process of wastewater evaporators, and how can a better evaporation be achieved?

During the secondary wastewater treatment process, the use of a wastewater evaporator can convert some solvents in the wastewater into vapor, thereby increasing the concentration of solutes in the solution or causing them to precipitate as solids. This method can effectively remove harmful components from the wastewater. In most cases, wastewater evaporators are used to concentrate the solution and precipitate solutes during the evaporation process, as well as to separate pure solvents and purify the water quality.

In a secondary wastewater evaporator, a vaporization reaction occurs within the evaporator when the temperature of the wastewater exceeds its boiling point and the vapor pressure of the solvent directly above the solution surface is greater than the partial pressure of the same vapor in the space above the solution, but less than the total pressure. The vaporization takes place at the wastewater surface at different temperatures. However, due to the inability to effectively remove the solvent from the solution during the vaporization process, the concentration of the solution progresses slowly, making this method rarely used.

When the steam pressure of the secondary wastewater equals the total pressure above the solution, a boiling process occurs in the wastewater evaporator. Under certain pressures and concentrations, the wastewater can still maintain a certain temperature. After further processing through the wastewater evaporator, steam is formed. Therefore, in the wastewater treatment process, the purification of wastewater is mostly carried out under boiling conditions.
