On May 14th, in the first-floor lobby of the company's retirement management department, a retired teacher was tapping the touch screen to check his corporate supplementary medical insurance reimbursement data. This is a new corporate supplementary medical insurance system recently installed and put into use by the company to facilitate employees in promptly accessing their medical reimbursement data. The system is equipped with two inquiry methods: touch screen inquiry and telephone voice inquiry. When using the touch screen, either an ID card number or social security card number can be entered. Two touch screens are placed in the first-floor lobby of the石化 hospital and the retirement management department. Users can simply follow the inquiry guidelines posted next to the screens to instantly access their medical reimbursement information.
If using the telephone voice query system, simply dial 116 from an internal phone to proceed with an automated self-query as guided by the voice prompts.
