● The product is used for surface corona treatment on various plastic film materials, and the corona effect does not affect the quality of the material.

● Single unit power up to 25kW, power size can be freely adjusted, input voltage is AC380V±10%/50Hz, three-phase five-wire.

● Discharge electrodes are made of special multi-tooth aluminum profiles.

● The corona roller is made with rubber coating or sleeve, offering a long service life.

The equipment can be automatically started and stopped, as well as remotely monitored.

The circuit pattern employs advanced technology to ensure uninterrupted and fault-free operation of the equipment for 24 hours a day.

● Equipped with various alarm functions, including wind pressure failure, load failure, main power failure, emergency stop, frame closure failure, and rotation failure alarms.

● Equipped with a 3-color audio-visual alarm unit separately.

The control system can be integrated with the factory MES monitoring system for the owner.
