In order to ensure the normal production and operation of clean rooms, a more comprehensive automatic control system should be set up to achieve the following functions: monitoring of air cleanliness, temperature and humidity, and pressure difference in clean rooms; detection of temperature, pressure, and flow of high-purity gases, pure water, and recirculating cooling water; and monitoring of gas purity and water quality of pure water.
