Exterior Insulation and Facade Systems

The system structure of external wall insulation boards mainly consists of: bonding layer, insulation layer, finish coat, decorative layer, and accessories.

The adhesive layer is for the construction classification, which is situated between the base and surface layers. It primarily uses cementitious materials to firmly bond the two layers together, with its filler mainly derived from inorganic substances.

Insulation material is applied externally to turbines and pipelines to prevent and reduce heat loss to the environment. The primary filling consists of a certain amount of organic matter, moisture, and adhesive.

The surface layer should be chosen from lightweight functional coatings such as decorative mortar and accent mortar, or breathable water-based exterior paints, thus maintaining the light weight characteristics of the rock wool composite board while enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

　　Components mainly utilize various coatings, which not only enhance the surface color of the rock wool composite panels, making them suitable for any environment, but also provide flame-retardant and thermal insulation properties to some extent.
