Quality and Safety Control Process for Bridge Formwork Engineering

The overall construction philosophy for the bridge formwork quality is to ensure a smooth and even concrete surface, precise dimensions, and no significant quality defects on the surface. The connection surfaces of floors must be flat and properly joined. The quality and safety control process for the bridge formwork project is conducted from the following aspects:
1. The bridge formwork was initially coated with an oil film for the first time. After the oil film dried, it was cleaned and then evenly coated with a varnish. Rust removal treatment was performed on the surface of the bridge formwork, ensuring it did not affect the structure or the quality of decorative engineering work.
2. Prior to the use of steel formwork, a quality inspection process called "Shading Engineering Inspection" is conducted. It ensures that the edge lines of the walls and the control lines for formwork installation are accurately controlled within the permitted tolerance range.
3. When inspecting the orientation of windows and doors for bridge formwork, it is important to avoid displacement during the pouring of concrete.
4. To avoid the overall displacement of the bridge formwork, welding the positioning ribs prior to the mold closing is essential. The spacing of the positioning ribs from the root of the steel formwork should be 30mm, with a horizontal distance of 1500mm. The vertical ribs of the positioning ribs are embedded with rebars, collectively ensuring the positioning of the ribs at the阴阳 corners and at the transitions of the structural cross-sections.
5. The quality of bridge formwork is closely related to the quality of reinforced concrete, and stringent quality and safety control processes must be strictly implemented during construction.
