I. Product Application

The wall panel installation machine is suitable for the installation of various upright panels such as cement boards, lightweight composite partition boards, and ceramic grain boards.

II. Product Features

The wallboard installation machine is equipped with a rotating support bearing, a rotating hydraulic motor, and a clamp section that rotates 360 degrees, similar to a log grabber. It can lift partition boards from a horizontal to a vertical position. The upright installation machine can both set up vertical panels and move horizontally parallel to install the partition boards in place.

Three, the panel installation machine features full electric forward and reverse movement. The front wheels are two drive wheels, and the rear wheels are two steering wheels, offering flexible steering and a small turning radius. The wall panel and stud installation machine is equipped with four gears: high speed, medium speed, and low speed. Additionally, it has a reverse gear. Speed is adjustable, allowing for quick or slow movement as desired. For alignment, use the low speed, which ensures accurate alignment and facilitates installation.

Four, the vertical panel installation machine features a full-hydraulic clamping mechanism with strong clamping force. The fixtures are equipped with anti-slip rubber pads to ensure that the heavy loads will not slip. The lifting mechanism of the installation machine utilizes the forklift principle, providing ample power to lift up to 700 jin of ALC panels. The sliding mechanism allows the partition panels to move horizontally, quickly aligning the male and female grooves. Compared to other manufacturers' vertical panel machines, it adds installation functionality, allowing a one-step process from paneling to full installation, with full hydraulic automatic operation.
