  The Coal Mine Explosion-Proof Electric Heating Unit is specifically designed for winter wellbore insulation in mines. Tailored to the mine's vulnerability to freezing at the wellhead during winter, it features a furnace and supporting facilities. This unit ensures the wellbore temperature remains above 2℃ even in extreme cold. It is primarily suitable for power supply systems with a frequency of 50HZ and rated working voltage of 380V/660V. The unit is designed to maintain the wellbore temperature above 2℃ during winter. Additionally, it is equipped with a video monitoring system, alarm interlock system, mobile APP, and wellhead mixing air device. This heating unit boasts excellent features such as environmental protection, energy conservation, zero emissions, unattended operation, maintenance-free, full automation, and remote monitoring.

2) Numerical Simulation: Utilizing CFD flow simulation technology, we conduct numerical simulations on the internal flow characteristics of specific engineering schemes for mine shafts, main air ducts, auxiliary air ducts, etc., as well as multi-compressor coupling air supply schemes. This analysis helps us understand the internal temperature field and distribution of the pipeline flow field within the hot air furnace. It is used for designing and verifying the parallel compressor coupling air supply scheme, ensuring that the explosion-proof hot air units can operate normally and efficiently on-site.
