Mine-use far-infrared hot air furnace system, comprising a series of interconnected incoming line cabinets, low-voltage control cabinets, PLC control cabinets, and at least one infrared hot air furnace. The PLC control cabinet includes a CPU control system host, a switch, a 24V control power supply, an integrated PLC touch screen, and multiple control buttons, of which multiple control buttons include manual control buttons, manual/automatic switch knobs, remote/nearby switch knobs, and an alarm buzzer. The infrared hot air furnace includes a furnace body and multiple groups of infrared heating tubes installed inside the furnace body. The furnace body also houses a fan, an electric motor, and hot air conveying pipes. The electric motor drives the fan to convey hot air externally through the hot air conveying pipes. The far-infrared heating element invented by Yangzhou Xide Electric is highly efficient and energy-saving. Additionally, this invention employs on-site local control and remote computer control, facilitating monitoring, simple operation, and high intelligence. The far-infrared hot air furnace has also become a choice for wellhead anti-freezing electric heating equipment.
